Couples
Ah. Although I try to be an "open niche' photographer-- I truly feel most at home within a couple's session. It's different than a wedding. There's no one else present, just you + your love, and me, being a fly on the wall. That is my approach, to just simply be a witness to you two showing affection to each other. Of course there's prompts, gentle direction. But when you are in love, there isn't much intervention needed. There's no "pose" that can capture how you candidly love your partner. And with no one else present, all pressure is off. It is not a performance, but it truly becomes a state of being, and beautifully enough, I get to be the witness that captures it all.
